We offer a wide range of pipe welding services from our workshops in Mid Wales, as well as high quality welding and installation for any industrial requirement onsite.
Our team of highy skilled welders and fitters use Tig, MMA, Mig/Mag processes and offer fully coded welding in a wide range of materials
We have recently purchased the latest Miller Pipework 400 Multi Process welding set, which offers the latest in Rmd root welding,for a variety of materials
Couple this with the latest Pulsed Mig, MMA and water cooled tig we can offer a wide range of welding services
Our workshop provides all aspects of fabrication including
Punching and folding of Carbon & Stainless steel,Copper and Alloy Materials.
Rolling of materials to 6mm capacity, Larger thickness by arrangement.
Cnc Plasma and Laser Cutting to drawings supplied.

Including:
Cnc xyz Bed mill - Under take machining of small batches and more complex requirements,
Vertical milling using a XYZ 3000 Turret Mill
Lathe turning capacity from 1/4 inch to 32 inch dia

We are able to fabricate and weld a wide range of Pipe Materials
Including:
Stainless steel pipe to ASTM A312 grades 304L & 316L in Sch10 to sch160
Thin wall stainless steel pipe (TWSS) to EN10217-7, EN10296-2 grades 304L & 316L
Carbon steel pipe to API 5L/ASTM A106/BS3601/BS3602 in schedules 10 to 160
Carbon steel pipe to BS1387, Light, Medium & Heavy Weight
Duplex Steels and Exotic Alloys
These can if required be fully weld mapped, offering full traceability, 3rd party independant inspections together with Ndt to a wide range of Bsen and Asme standards.
We also offer fabrication of pipe work to customer drawings and designs, including small skid units and pipe spool fabrications.
